Medication Coverage and State Requirements

We offer coverage in 48 states under the MWL (Medical Weight Loss) program excluding LA, AR and the District of Columbia.

• In Louisiana (LA), we are unable to send compounds for weight loss, regardless of pharmacy licensure.
• Injectable Semaglutide is available in all states, except LA, AR and the District of Columbia
• Injectable Tirzepatide is also available in all states, except LA, AR and the District of Columbia

Synchronous (real-time) visits are required for initial appointments only in the following states:

- Delaware (DE)
- Idaho (ID)
- Kansas (KS)
- New Mexico (NM)
- Rhode Island (RI)
- West Virginia (WV)
- Mississippi (MS)

 These visits are necessary for establishing the provider-patient relationship.
